market expansion for new devices through its development activities. The
company is putting considerable efforts into product development and improvement
of device characteristics in this field.
Our intelligent power module is a composite-type semiconductor device
with multiple semiconductor chips wired in a single package according
to application and purpose. Types available include diode, thyristor,
transistor, IGBT module, or special intelligent power modules with chips
built into the module.
