Spain Music Award
The annual Primer Palau Festival, sponsored by Mitsubishi Electric, gives up-and-coming musicians a chance to demonstrate their talents at the prestigious Palau de la musica catalana in Barcelona. Students compete in preliminary concerts and winners perform at a final concert and receive cash prizes as well as special recognition. Simply competing in Primer Palau is recognized as a major step towards a professional career in music.
