High-Power InGaP HBT¹ Amplifier for WiMAX² Terminals

With its high-power InGaP HBT, Mitsubishi Electric has succeeded in doubling conventional output power to 1W and achieving low distortion levels unmatched within the industry. This product is contributing to the expansion of the communications field by increasing the performance of WiMAX subscriber terminals.

1
InGaP HBT: Indium Gallium Phosphide Heterojunction Bipolar Transistor, a high-frequency device with exceptionally efficient operation, for applications such as mobile phones.
2
WiMAX: Worldwide Interoperability for Microwave Access, a system that enables high-speed wireless communication with a range of 50 kilometers and a maximum transmission speed of 75Mbps.

Super High Bright XGA Color Thin-film Transistor LCD Modules for Industrial Use

Mitsubishi Electric has successfully developed LCD modules that achieve the industry's highest brightness (1500cd/m²)¹ among modules with edge lighting. This product works within a wide guaranteed temperature range of -20˚C to +70˚C, making it ideal for use in outdoor equipment and contributing to a greater variety of applications.
