TC-7700

Mitsubishi Electric Corporation

The center-fold structure and easy waste disposal mechanisms of the TC-1100 Huujin achieved such great fanfare that competitors introduced them to their products following its release. The year after, the next model of the Huujin brand name, TC-1200, was introduced. In 1969, a "2-motor automatic dirt removal mechanism" was added to the series, and then in 1972, a dust-collection filter (i.e., paper filter) called the "Rossiposa Mechanism" was added. All of these were released as a single series under the Huujin family, giving this an impressively long-lived, well-deserved product lifespan.
