Maximum efficiency, Minimum energy loss.
The dream ventilator, the LOSSNAY V-1300.

Pumping in fresh air with minimum energy loss

LOSSNAY is an energy recovery ventilator (ERV)*. Using an ingenious device that drives fresh air in and dirty air out, the LOSSNAY manages to ventilate the room with fresh air while maintaining the set air-conditioned temperature and humidity of the room all at a low loss of energy. Thus coined the name, LOSSNAY by the Mitsubishi Electric development team. LOSS is from the English word, loss, and NAY is from the Japanese vocabulary, nai, or, not, in English. The naming embodies the device's ability to keep from loosing energy.

* Energy recovery ventilator is a device that can simultaneously process and exchange both heat and humidity. Although both properties can be transmitted via paper, metals such as aluminum, can only exchange temperature and not humidity.
