The Choice of World-Renowned Musicians for Recording

Superstars of the music industry, spanning different generations and music genres, all have something in common; the satisfaction of using Mitsubishi Electric audio equipment. Their system of choice was the Mitsubishi Electric X-800 Series multi-track digital recorder. Mitsubishi Electric established a foothold in the recorder market with the introduction of the X-80 2-track recorder in 1980. This was followed by the X-800 32-track system in 1982 and in 1986, the X-86 the successor to the X-80 debuted. Following the X-800, models X-850 and X-880 were later developed under the X-800series. The preferred recorder by a number of musicians at that time was the multi-track X-800 series recorder.
