Medium- & Low-voltage Switchgear and Systems

Photovoltaic Systems

Mitsubishi Electric manufactures both photovoltaic (PV) modules, the component that converts solar energy to electrical energy, and PV inverters, the component required to convert the electrical energy into alternating-current (AC) electricity, making it possible to use the electricity in the home, office, factory, etc. One PV inverter developed by the company was rated as having a high conversion efficiency of 97.5%.
