Mitsubishi Electric has been manufacturing international communications satellite hardware since 1968. Over the years, we've steadily achieved the level of miniaturization of components that make satellite systems increasingly reliable and more cost-effective.
One example is our C-Band SSPA (Solid State Power Amplifier) with 60 watts of power output, literally the highest in the industry. Well-received in the market, to date we have delivered more than 1500 units.
The SSPA works in conjunction with our MMIC Transmit/Receive module in order to achieve compact size and light weight.
